The property was clean. the staff were attentive. - the rooms were nicely decorated and cosy, equipped with a kettle and an iron. - the breakfast offered a variety of tasty food. - the location is excellent, very close to a taxi, Jesmond, and the city center. - It was an easy walk to Jesmond Methodist Church. - Check-in was easy, with onsite parking available. - the wifi was excellent.

Overall it was bright and trendy on the cleanliness of the bedrooms which were immaculate. The hotel had a central location in walking distance to city centre, loved this place. The staff was competent - I would stay here again.
